Related Party Transactions | Related Party TransactionsThe Company engaged Lyearn Inc. (“Lyearn”), a learning management system company that is wholly owned by Ragy Thomas, our Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, in connection with the provision of digital training services to the Company's employees and certain Sprinklr customers. The Company has paid approximately $0.4 million to Lyearn in connection with the provision of these services for the three months ended April 30, 2022. There were no payments under this arrangement during the three months ended April 30, 2021. |
