Subsequent Events | Subsequent EventsOn June 4, 2025, the Company announced that its board of directors had authorized and approved a share repurchase plan (the “2025 Share Repurchase Program”), which authorizes the Company to periodically repurchase up to $150 million of its Class A common stock through June 30, 2026. Under the 2025 Share Repurchase Program, the Company intends to repurchase shares through open market purchases at prevailing market prices or in negotiated transactions off the market, including, without limitation, accelerated share repurchase transactions, collared accelerated share repurchase transactions, volume weighted average purchase prepaid share forward transactions and similar arrangements, in accordance with applicable federal securities laws, including Rule 10b-18 of the Securities Exchange Act. |
